Airknife Drying Systems

Drying Systems, also commonly referred to as Airknife Drying Systems, is actually a misnomer. According to Wikipedia, Drying is a mass transfer process consisting of the removal of water or another solvent by evaporation from a solid, semi-solid or liquid. This process is often used as a final production step before selling or packaging products.

With an Airknife Drying System, there is not a whole lot of evaporation. Instead, high velocity air is used to shear the surface moisture using High Efficiency Aluminum and Stainless Steel Airknives powered by a blower.
